The outcome was an all black win rather predictable, but they won comprehensively 58-20

great fun had by everyone involved.... at the spectators request the kiwis performed the Haka not just b4 the game but twice after it was finished
great spirit by everyone.... they are still counting money and they are acutioning the players jerseys
but the gate take alone was $400,000 dollars they expect it to go over half a million ....

Isnt that amazing.People all over New Zealand are running events to donate to the earthquake victims.My daughters helping with a band night at one of the hotels.Even Prince William's flying out to attend funerals of earthquake victims.

Everyone here is all aflutter because Prince William came along to OZ to see flood vitims on his way to NZ... and all the ladies are complaining that he didnt bring 'soon-to-be-princess' Kate.

It is nice of the royals to show support to both oz and nz.

i hope these disasters stop soon. and my prayers are with the people of Japan.

These disasters are increasing in intensity,im full of admiration for the Japanese people who designed their buildings in such a way not to collapse,big high rise buildings.Not like Christchurch or Haiti,where theyve just crumbled/But you cant stop a tsunami,and what a massive tsunami it was.My condolances to the Japanese people,what a terrible disaster.

I just heard the terrible, but confirmed news that two nuclear reactors are currently declared uncontrollabe.

One, Fukushima I, has a pressure level inside the reactor two times higher then the construction was designed for.
The radiation level is already 1,000 times higher then allowed, and the core temperature is rising.
The govenment called the inhabitans to leave immediately and a core meltdown seems unavoidable.
All in all in Japan there are 11 nuclear reactors now in critical condition. Two are uncontrollable, and the other nine are running in emergency mode.

Let's pray that Japan will not suffer another nuclear desaster like Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

American ships are rushing to bring a coolers for reactors. Japan coolers not fanctioning at all - similar to what happened in Chernobil. There is still a chance that situation can be fixed without much worse. Chernobil veterans, authorities and Russian nuclear scientists also are coming to Japan to help.

I have heard that there are 5 radiation related deaths and that there could be as many as 160 affected people because in one of the reactors the authorities decided to release the pressure that had built up in the system (rather than risk nuclear meltdown).

They have evacuated in excess of 200,000 people just in case this gets as serious as Chernobyl. I saw pictures of an explosion yesterday but apparently 24 hours later there hasnt been a meltdown there thankfully.

My heart goes out to Japan and its people and anyone that was living there during this time...

There are five radiation death among the staff of the plant so far to be precise.
No other number was made official so far, but a few are injured or contaminated.

It does look as if the situation may still escalate, but the wind blows to the sea (northeast) at the moment, so a radioctive cloud may not conterminate large areas unless it would reach Alaska, which is also unlikely, as usually clouds rain down earlier.
They vented the containment, which meas they risked to conterminate the area in order not to risk further pressure and an explosion, which may spread nuclear material to the athmosphere.

The general situaton after the eartquake also is still not clear, as is the number of casualties, but counting is still not a priority, but rather life saving.
