can anyone enlighten me ??? please
Ill type most of the article here and i will try to use the game animator Mr Solan has developed ....
A New Zealand Boomerang
the following boomerang play occurred in the New Zealand championship tourney held at Invercargill last easter. The tourney was won by D. Calderwood, with G.A. Brown second and J.A. Boreham third. This position developed in a game between R. Botting (black) and Mr Boreham, who is a New Zealand and Australasian ex-champion.
[pdn] 19. 10-15, 17-10 20. 19-24, 28-19 21.15-31, 32-28 22. 31-22, 30-25 23. 6-15, 25-4.[/pdn]
Boreham's last move was 31-27, and Botting, thinking his opponent had made a mistake, at once went 10-15,17-10, 19-24, 28-19 , 15-31, without further consideration Boreham at once replied thus: 32-28, 31-22, 30-25, 6-15, 25-4, and the game was over. White won.
