Bob Finchum from Danridge, TN died 1/9/2012, He was a Life Member of ACF. Bob attended many tournaments and was an active player in the Knoxville area with Charlie Moore, Gene Lindsay, Victor Defenderier, Q.T. East, Frank Ramsey, Paul Davis, E.W. McConnell, Tony East, and Bob Butler.

Jr im so sorry to hear the passing of a good friend Bob Finchum he was a really gentle and nice man.We struck a friendly relationship when we met at the Us Open .I did keep in touch with him and the last i heard was some time ago he was sick in bed . He did tell he he had a health issue all that time ago and i often wondered how he was,a true gentleman indeed. Its with a heavy heart i take the news of his demise Bob Finchum RIP.

Im surprised no one else has contributed to this post,maybe no one knew him recently? i dont know.I know he had been out of the game for a while but still had a great interest and would turn up at Tys.Either way Bob was a nice guy and if you have an address or and addy id appreciate if you would pass it on,so i can write to pass on my condolences to his family.
