New Transposition?

Post by Richard Pask »

11-15 23-18; 8-11 27-23; 4-8 23-19; 10-14 19-10; 14-23 26-19; 7-14 24-20; 14-18 22-15; 11-18 32-27; 9-14 30-26; 5-9 25-22; 18-25 29-22; 6-10 27-23; 1-5 22-18; 8-11 26-22

11-15 23-19; 8-11 22-17; 15-18 19-15; 10-19 24-8; 4-11 17-14; 11-15 28-24; 7-11 26-23; 9-13 23-19; 6-10 14-7; 3-10 25-22; 18-25 29-22; 5-9 27-23; 9-14 32-28; 1-5 same CR!

From the Cross, almost all humans would now continue with 3-7 28-24 9-13 to a draw, but at the last move, WCC Platinum prefers 14-17! 22-6; 2-9 31-26; 9-14 18-9; 5-14 26-22; 11-15 20-16; 14-18 23-14; 10-26 19-3; 12-28 and a fancy draw.

Richard,

May I try my hand at creating a new transposition?

If you are still working on 11-15 openings, try this, linking another couple of popular 11-15s.

I think the play in the first column is sound, but not great, so I doubt that it has ever been published.

11-15...................11-15
22 17...................24 19
15-19...................15-24
24 15...................28 19
10-19....................8-11
23 16...................22 18
12-19...................11-16
25 22...................18 14
8-11.....................9-18
27 23...................23 14
4-8......................10-17
23 16...................21 14
11-20...................15-23
22 18...................27 18
8-11....................12-16
32 27...................26 23
9-13.....................4-8
17 14..................31 27
6-9......................8-12
29 25..................27 24
13-17...................6-9
28 24..................25 21
11-16..................16-20
26 22..................32 27
17-26...................7-11
30 23..................29 25
3-8......................2-6
24 19..................30 26
8-12...................11-16
31 26..................24 19
2-6.......same........3-7
