The 174 three-move openings, not including transpositions, are listed on the ACF Website. The openings in Red are believed to be loses, so that leaves 156 currently played openings in ACF Tournaments.

At the top of the NCCA home page is "Get a 11-Man Opening" from there you can click on "11-Man Ballot & Deck" and at the bottom of that page you can click on
"11-Man Ballot 2,500 FEN Opening Positions."

There is the file 11man_FEN.txt in the CheckerBoard installation that has the FEN setups for all the ballots. You can copy/paste a setup directly into CheckerBoard.
