Does anyone have any biographical info (or any info) on C. W. Tupper? All I can find is a problem from 1895. It's for an article I'm doing for The Checker Maven. Thanks.

Mr. Charles W. Tupper was the President of the National Checker Association in 1939. There is a full page portrait of him on page 5 of the 2nd crossboard tournament book of the NCA. There is no biographical information in that book. I don't know if that is the same person who had a problem published in 1895.
