Can Moiseyev provide the rules used to set and or assign titles to ACF members?

Thanks, Clint !

ACF Executive Committee voted and updated By-Laws about an year ago but text on ACF website is still the same. It would make a lot easy if new By-Laws will be located on website in the same place with ratings and title holders.

This the Wcdf should get you to do the Wcdf ratings also if the next guy is busy.

To the best of my knowledge, WDCF has never calculated ratings and instead occasionally copies the ratings list from the ACF. Am I wrong?

In this case they only award world titles then.
