I recall reading that someone took over administration and new members will be promptly approved. I know for a fact that someone is waiting to be approved.

I'm not sure who you refer to. An international player recently was awaiting approval. He wrote me, and I figured out how to approve him in the software. (I guess it's not currently automated.) I could do this for others who message me (and If I sense they are legitimate about their interest in checkers). The vast majority of activation requests are spammers.

Yes, someone from Africa, he was the one to point out missing pages in the Ryan's book. He was asking for books I did not have so I suggested to ask on this forum, but his join request went unanswered.
