Louis Cowie did not want or have an obituary published at his request. Louis was cremated and he requested that his remains be scattered on his parents' (Charles and Anita Cowie) burial plot in the Protestant Cemetery, Chardon Township, Geauga County, Ohio. An application for a veterans' memorial marker will be filed and the marker placed at the grave site.
