The problem is that your browser is trying to go to https instead of http. Chrome is very bad about this. Firefox is better.
I will have to convert the entire site to https sooner than later, but it is a big job and I simply haven't got enough free time at the moment. When I do start converting I'll let everyone know as there will be some downtime.
