American players Travel Fund for WQT

Hi everyone !

This year after long delay we slowly returning to normal life in World Checkers and Draughts Federation. World Qualify Tournament set up in Tulsa, Oklahoma from April 20 thru 23 (Wednesday - Saturday). This is unique opportunity for American players to come and play with reasonably low expanses. Next time it may not be easy, because it may happen in Europe or any other part of World.

We have several very good young players who may attend this event, such as Clayton Nash, Jon Chappel, Alex Holmes, Joe Moor, Ryan Pronk. Myself and James Morrison are not here forever and these young fellows are our American Checkers future after next 10-15 years.

However even in USA, total expanses for each player easy exceed many hundred or over $1,000 which covers transportation (gas or air tickets), accommodation and food for 5 days.

Per my suggestion, Richard Beckwith activated button on ACF Store, where you can go and donate any sum you want. No specific players names, but due to financial situation some players need more support, other can handle things better or need a little.
