In 1924 the number of financial contributions needed to have this book published in total fell short. They thought that this work was so good that it was decided to have it published in parts. You have Part I (159), which as I remember originally sold for a $1. Other parts were never published in book form as far as we know, although they may have been shared with close friends in a loose leaf form. You will find this information in the 1924 ACM. The above information has been shared with you compliments of our close friend and checker historian par-excellance Al Darrow.
