Outstanding and enjoyable tournement. Larry Michael does a great ty... $1,540.00 cash plus 20 classic checker book given out as door prizes from The Armstrong Library (all books in excellent condition, most in dustjackets) Both days a delicious Lunch served & catered by ladies (Frances, Glenda, and Judy) Dinner in Fellowship Hall was scrumptiously mouth-watering with a large buffet varity. Six states represented. Teal Stanley won the tournament and the New District 4 Champion.
