The positive thing is that Ryan has to be proud of all this shit, because he is getting a famous and popular person. Now, instead using pseudonimus "Alex", they say "I am Ryan" !

how boring and without logic this conversation has become.

can we atleast have definite breaks....between our sentences or ideas
use a .

a break in space

or a few periods ........otherwise tommyc
your ideas run together like a flock of geese on speed

here is a good for example ....i am quoting

Get a life "baz" it means exactly what it says on the "tin".

whats the tin?

No i have nothing against Ryan....... we used a period but still....no clarity
maybe we should try different posts cuz ignorant people like me cant bounce around like this

As you are aware he has a laptop computer
......what does this have to do with anything..........and ryan pronk didnt bring his laptop

and no, i dont expect Patrick to "speak" for him truthful or otherwise

one sentence out of 4 makes sense.......25% success rate

The Russian proverb says: "If people only say what they think, the world would be much more quiet !"

BTW. How you comeup with so high number - 25% ? I think it is less than 5%. Check the number of posts and replies in different forum sessions

Alex i dont think you are qualified to lecture anyone on the english language, better stick to the Russian proverbs or Patrick the "Professor" might give you a few free lessons if you show him, how to play draughts.

As for Patrick maybe its not the geese that are on "speed" but Patrick himself.

Talking about proverbs here here are a few Irish ones. For Alex.........."A guest should be blind in another man's house".

For the Professor.........Youth likes to wander.

Here are some Tommy Canning artworks. This may help us better to understand his arguments on the checkers forum.

Meow!!, Meow!! All of this venting against each other is very indicative of a seasonal condition known to many as "Cabin Fever". As spring approaches and people are able to get outside more and more it will cure itself. Until then I am sure that Ed is extremely delighted that his posting here has caused each of you to want to devour each other with "abrasive comments" that would be much better not said. Fortunately for myself I am not affected by "Cabin Fever" since my master lets me outside several times a day to court my lady friends or go mousing; therefore being able to express myself in more meaningful and productive ways. "Inky"

Ohhh, I didn't know this fact, otherwise I would probably play it differently against Ryan in the last round of TN Open 2007. Here is a text of game where I was lucky to win. If there is any program under the sun, where Ryan moves are matching 50%, - I would like to get this program and play with it every day in the morning before day started !

[Event "NT 2007, Masters, Rd. 8"]
[Date "March 4"]
[Black "R. Pronk"]
[White "A. Moiseyev"]
[Result "0-2"]

1. 10-14 23-19 2. 14-18 22x15 3. 11x18 26-22 4. 7-11 22x15 5. 11x18 30-26 6. 8-11 24-20 7. 9-14 (A) 19-16 8. 12x19 27-23 9. 18x27 32x7 10. 2x11 (B) 25-22 11. 4-8 22-17 12. 6-10 29-25 13. 5-9 17-13 14. 1-6 (C) 26-23 15. 10-15 23-19 (D) 16. 15x24 28x19 17. 3-7 (E) 31-27 18. 14-18 21-17 19. 7-10 25-21 20. 11-15 27-24 21. 18-23 20-16 22. 8-12 16-11 23. 23-27 11-7 24. 27-32 7-2 25. 32-27 2-7 26. 27x20 7x5 27. 15x24 17-14 White Wins (F)

#1 Image #2 Image #3 Image

A. See diagram #1. As longer I looked at this position, as less I liked anything here and hate any white move. Almost each white move here goes to complictions and pushed me to think, which I really don't like to do without serious reason. Thats why I took trade three-for-three

B. See position after trade on the diagram #2. Here where the fun begins.

C. This move loses and I almost dropped my chear when Ryan played it. And obviously this move also proved that Ryan didn't use any additional help. None program would find and make this move

D. Opps ! It was my turn to screw things. This move misses a win. 28-24 would be correct way to play. See diagram #3 before 23-19?

E. Anyone who bought SIXTH is aware: "It doesn't matter who first made mistake, it is important - who made it last". In this game it was Ryan. 14-18 drew the game. Continue: 21-17 18-23 25-22 3-7 22-18 7-10 17-14 (thats what I planned during the game. Anything else also draw) 10-17 19-16 17-21 16-7 21-25 7-3 8-12 3-7 25-29 18-15 29-25 Draw)

F. Pretty end of pretty game.

I said Ryan had a laptop (so he could speak in his own defence as to what Ed Trice had said) i think Patrick introduced the "cheatings aspects.??so if you wanna know if Ryan cheats ask Patrick.

 Alex I know that you are probably not familiar with these two statements, but I will share them with you in any case. "Why insist on kicking a dead horse--and why not just let sleeping dogs lay"? No one is proving or disproving anything here. If you want to stir up something then why not stir up a good warm pot of beef stew, which would taste pretty good on this very cold wintery day? And then why not enjoy that bowl of warm beef stew sitting by the fireplace while you are reading through one of the more popular checker books of our day--the "6th"? I don't remember the authors name--sorry!! "Inky"
