Today i spoke with the Plaza Hotel if i want to reserve your room it has been setup.You can make your reservations now.Please let them know you are playing in this tournament.

And time is flying by if you are sending players to this event you need to submit ur players asap.July 1st is the deadline.Do Not wait till the last minute.

Kim how does an overseas player make that reservation? Is there a special place you apply to for it?I kind of assumed that all that would have been taken care of by the organizers of the qualifier,rather than individual countries having to organize their own rooms?

I'll check with Kim on this. I agree it would be difficult to phone in a reservation from another continent. I know Gerry had a tentative block of rooms and that Kim is looking for a final head count.
