Yes Greg,...Talking the talk is the easy part .....problems only arise when its walking the walk time........em young whipper-snappers would be outa sight by then,when its left to us older guys to carry the can.

Having said that i do wish some of em would step up to the plate to see how the other half lives!! If we could harness that spirit, we d be a better organisation, but who gonna walk the walk when the talking all done?!!

Jolt (whoever he /she is) makes a great point , one ive been banging on abt this for years, we must try to help ourselves from within.No org can survive without an annual turn-over of cash.This must come from within our own ranks, the ACF and other draughts bodies need a commercial manager to raise the bar on this issue,be it an Exec member OR on a commision basis.Coming from a commercial back-ground myself nothing survives without hard cash.We may limp on for now as we ve been doing,but ask your self this question could you run a business this way??/
