Me and I assume other potential attendees need to know hotel, phone number, playing location, contact information. This is from organizers.

And from WCDF we need to know - what Federations and/or individuals are willing to participate and send players to Barbados WQT.

It is middle of May today and it's just 4.5 months away. Don't tell me this is enough time!

I asked on May 10th for an update and was told (a few days later) that meetings were in progress with hotel (same one as for 2013 WQT, but not finalized) and with National Sports Council, and that follow-up will come.
