Today I went to our High school and was absolutely amazed.The students mostly young men had started a project in creating beautiful checker boards.Each 2in square is cut out individually and placed.There is 3 boards almost finished just needed the finish on them.
One is on a pedastal with legs. One sets on a small podium that can be removed and the last one is for sitting on table.Each one is different but all is from good grain of wood.
They also will be working on beautiful wooden trophies.I am very proud to say that this has came from our youth in my town.
