Re: Shot Problems
Yes.
Seems like there is more the one win in this position.
The problem is imperfect this way.

Re: Shot Problems
A nice shot, but 16-12 also draws allowing a dual.

Re: Shot Problems
White to move and win (7 Feb 2011 problem):
Maybe 17-14, 10x17 26-22, 17x26 30x7, 2x11 28x19 (the easy part) which leaves:
R: 5, 9, 11, 12
W: 18, 19, 20, 31
Red to move and must lose a piece in the king-down ending. 9-14 18x9, 5x14 just misses because of 31-27 (not 31-26?).
From the above position (after 28x19), 9-13 would leave Red with a 3 versus 4 king-down loss but it gets too complex for me and it's late at night.
That's my take...now you can tell me what I overlooked. Something, no doubt.

Re: Shot Problems
A nice wee handy sight solver this one, just the kind i like.............13-9 6x13 and the banana shot then by 10x7 finishing in 1st position.
