ACF Bulletin page expands

Howdy. At the ACF Bulletin page (http://www.usacheckers.com/acfb/, in the table about halfway down the page), I have added PDF (Adobe Reader) versions of Bulletins 313 through 333 (which include the annotated games of the 2004 National Ty.).
